    Can no one in congress see that this guy thinks he is a king/ When are they going to shut him down? All of these elected officals have taken an oath to protect and honor the Constitution , they are all commiting treason.

      I concurr with your statement. However, I fear they all are on the same band wagon forgetting about the real aspects of the founding fathers, Constitution and Bill of Rights unfortunately. It seems to me from my observations it is more along the lines of them advertising to ‘win’ to enrich their pockets and be able to look in the mirror of fog seeing themselves as ‘big and beautiful’ and not with morals and entegrity if the mirror were wiped clean for the true image.

    TSA is a perfect example of how government at all levels is destroying The Constitution.
    Benjamin Franklin:
    “Those who give up some of their liberty in order to obtain a little temporary ‘safety’ deserve neither liberty nor safety.”
    To be in compliance with the Fourth Amendment, TSA would have to have a signed search warrant naming each airline passenger, the reason why a specific person was to be searched and what was specifically being searched for.
    Fourth Amendment:
    “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
    I cannot find any amendment to the Fourth Amendment that says it does not apply when flying.
