Posts by Lisa Payne- Naeger

Missouri PolitiChick Lisa Payne-Naeger says she has spent most of her adult life being “unwittingly pulled into the political realm”. While she would have, in the early years, described herself as apolitical, like most mama-grizzly types who are engaged in the grassroots awakening, she became involved, in the political realm, because she wanted to make a better way for her children. When her children grew to school age, she was elected to her public school board, during a time when the national spotlight was scrutinizing its various financial mismanagement and malfeasance. There she received a crash course in bloated bureaucracy, teacher’s unions, and the misnomer of “public education.” Needless to say, homeschooling became the next chapter in her life. Just when you get comfortable with your surroundings, life has a way of shaking things up, and that’s what happened to Lisa. While she spent the next several years as a wife, and homeschooling mom, she eventually found herself in the middle of a very controversial, contentious and public divorce. Again under the national spotlight, she received another crash course in the corruption of the family courts and judicial system. Her experiences in fighting government corruption and bureaucracy led her to the Tea Party and Grassroots movements. Now Lisa works to educate and inform members of the Grassroots movement, and others, through activism, being a citizen lobbyist, writing for Examiner.com, (http://www.examiner.com/political-buzz-in-st-louis/lisa-payne-naeger) blogging, hosting a weekly internet radio program and working with the Grassroots activist organization, Missouri Grassroots Coalition. She is thrilled to be part of the PolitiChicks network and looks forward to being part of and helping along the revolution that empowers the people to retake control of their out-of-control government. You can read Lisa at Culture Vigilante, Homeschooling United, Guardian Ad Litem Reform and get Lisa’s radio programming schedule at Missouri Grassroots Coalition.

Over the course of the last week, as the events of the Bundy Ranch raid have unfolded, has anyone asked why the Bundy’s have not been able to tell their story in detail or within the context which has driven them to fight so fervently for American foundational principles? What […]

7 PM/CST Wednesday – It’s not about cattle, mineral mining, past due fees, turtles, or anything you have been hearing about over the last week. The rumors run rampant, but what is the truth? This week, Cliven Bundy is here to tell us the uncut story of what happened, is […]

The Oscars: Reading Between the Lines & Finding Conservative Values

The Oscars: Reading Between the Lines & Finding Conservative Values

March 3, 2014 at 3:40 pm / by

Rarely do I watch award shows. After the twerking episode on MTV’s American Music Awards, I am even more leery of any part of pop-culture that is dominated by the left. However, I did tune in to watch the Oscars, and what I saw was quite surprising. And after some […]

Republican Congressman Blaine Leutkemeyer Joins GOP Battle Against Tea Party

January 23, 2014 at 5:00 am / by

Can we officially conclude the establishment Republican Party has declared war on the Tea Party? Evidence is pointing that way, and Missouri Congressman, Blaine Leutkemeyer, is the latest to take a shot, not across the bow of, but directly into the hull of several Tea Party organizations. John Boehner said, […]

Near the holiday season, at end of the year, I always expect to be approached by charities and other organizations looking to raise funds for a good cause. But I really don’t expect to be dogged by political organizations for campaign contributions, especially since we have not yet entered the […]

Health Care, Tin-Foil-Hats and Hindsight is 20/20

In my last post, here on Politichicks.tv, I asked you to think and react proactively toward the Obamacare debacle, and not rely on 20/20 hindsight in fighting back against the assault on your freedoms and your health care. For quite some time, the Republicans have been foretelling of the catastrophic […]

Can A Nation Fight Socialized Healthcare With A “Hindsight Is 20/20″ Philosophy?

As the Obamacare Glitch-Gate unfolds, stories about all aspects of the failed socialized healthcare system saturate the media. And, as the debacle begins to touch the lives of Americans, in a personal way, the red flags are punctuated by the unfolding realities of the lies and deceptions that preceded the […]

Breaking The Code Is The Key To Breaking Obamacare

Breaking The Code Is The Key To Breaking Obamacare

October 8, 2013 at 5:00 am / by

Parliamentary procedure may outline Congressional floor operation, but in politics, there is a difference between following protocol and following code. While some may find fault with Ted Cruz for going on a rogue filibuster to throw a wrench in the works of Obamacare funding, you’ve got to give him credit […]

Homeschooling Swims Against The Conformist Current (And That’s A Good Thing)

As I was filtering through my Facebook feed, I noticed a posting from my good friend, Dr. Brian Ray, of the National Home Education Research Institute (NEHRI). I often share his posts because they always reflect the reality of homeschooling, good and not so good. I have always known Dr. […]

Did you ever have one of “those” days, where you look at the world around you and wonder what in the heck happened to make the current turn of events spiral so absurdly out of control? I have been having that day a lot, lately. The loss of control over […]

Social Media Is The Window To The Soul

Social Media Is The Window To The Soul

August 28, 2013 at 5:00 am / by

Not so long ago, I remember a day when it was important, to the electorate, to put people in office who were of high moral character, and had to show at least the appearance of devotion to public service. Isn’t it funny how things usually come back to bite you […]

Big Gov Data Mining: Who Is Really Looking Out For You?

Government overreach, emanating from the executive branch, seems to be en vogue in today’s political climate. Everyday we hear of scandals outlining how big brother intrudes on the privacy of citizens. It may be no coincidence that these scandals are happening on a federal and on a state level, and […]

Remember the IRS scandal that emerged due to the investigations into conservative groups, and denials of tax-exempt status to those groups. Well, that prompted conservatives, across America to protest, their abysmal treatment by the IRS, and guess what they ran into during their protests. The Department of Homeland Security at […]

Will Delphi Techniques Be Taught In Common Core?

May 8, 2013 at 5:00 am / by

Being a freedom-loving American in the present political climate is becoming increasingly more difficult since the re-election of Barack Obama in 2012. On a daily basis, our liberties are being assaulted from every direction, on both state and national levels. Between Obamacare, attempts to register gun owners and restrict our […]
